As the fabrication division of VIGOR Industrial, US Fab is building on its roots as US Barge and on its hundred-year heritage of shipbuilding for the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard and commercial owners and operators. We work at our leading facilities across the Pacific Northwest, with full access to US Fab, VIGOR and Specialty Finishes drydocks, cranes, indoor machining and build bays and painting centers, as well as US Fab and Vigor’s expert workforce. Our unique multiple facilities allow us to build on your schedule. Our full-service structure lets us provide turnkey solutions from design through delivery.
US Fab crafts the ferries that move millions of people and millions of cars every year for the largest ferry system in the United States (and the fourth largest in the world). We’re making plans to build innovative Offshore Patrol Cutters for the Coast Guard. We build fishing vessels and cargo ships. We work in any class and regulatory standards our customers require. At US Fab, we apply rugged innovation to everything from bridge supports to alternative energy systems like wave buoy platforms that capture energy from ocean waves: one hundred percent renewable with virtually zero impact. We fabricate land-based devices that turn landfill waste gases into electricity.
