We offer water jet cutting to slice up to 6" thick steel with impeccable precision. We offer computer numeric controlled (CNC) mills and lathes. We quickly restore—rebabbit—old bearings with new thin coatings to cut customer downtime and replacement costs.

Our Seattle Repair Center, or Inside Machine Shop as it's known to long-time Harbor Island workers and customers alike, offers a 100t LeBlond Lathe and a dozen smaller lathes up to 50t. We also have a 6" G&L vertical mill along with many smaller mills to help meet our customer's needs. Our expert craftspeople specialize in large repair work including rudder stock shafting, bearing houses, repairing and refurbishing deck equipment and deck cranes and repairs to controllable pitch propeller (CPP) systems.

Vigor Industrial companies offer full shop services including ABS certified welding and sand blasting. We provide in-place machining and welding in customer locations, perform new installations and on-site shutdown repairs, and provide complete technical representation services. We're weld-certified for NAVSEA Class 1 to 4 alloy steel propulsion shafting and rudder stocks.

We offer vibration analysis, shop balancing up to 8,000 pounds, dynamic field balancing and machinery vibration analysis.
