About Vigor Marine
As the commercial repair and modernization subsidiary of Vigor Industrial, Vigor Marine brings together eight drydocks, more than 15,000 feet of pier space and tens of thousands of square feet of superior indoor facilities to serve the full scope of vessels of nearly any size. Our multiple facilities and ready-to-work, ready-to-deploy skilled teams mean we make repairs and upgrades with minimum vessel-out-of-service time.
We make state-of-the-art environmental, efficiency and safety improvements for commercial maritime owners, in our yards or wherever our customers need work.
We increase both the capacity and fuel efficiency of America’s fishing and cargo fleet, cutting in half and lengthening or adding on and widening. Bulbous bows and efficient sterns and capacity-increasing midsection extensions are regular projects.
More cargo, less fuel.
We offer superior knowledge of multiple regulatory classification societies including ABS, DNV, and Lloyds, and hold Master Ship Repair Agreements (MSRA) and Agreements for Boat Repair (ABR) with the U.S. Navy.
Our teams also provide deep knowledge of and experience with arctic class vessels, from specialty drill rigs to double plated barges, and along with our sister subsidiary Vigor Shipyards, decades of maintaining and upgrading U.S. Coast Guard icebreakers.
And Vigor Industrial’s US Fab subsidiary allows us to call on on-site fabrication experts and facilities as needed.
Vigor Marine. Building on decades of ship repair experience with names like Todd Pacific Shipyards, Kaiser, Cascade General, Marine Industries NW and more.
